Free and low-cost scheduled activities for babies and toddlers this week in DC
Programming Updates:
The National Zoo is debuting Linh Mai, the baby (calf) elephant, on Wednesday, April 22. The Elephant Community Center will also reopen.
The DC Air and Space Museum Thursday Story Time and Craft will now take place on the 2nd floor, in the Barron Hilton Pioneers of Flight area
DC Public Libraries will be closed on Friday, April 24 for a professional development day
The Smithsonian Carousel reopens on Friday, April 24. Passes will be available for purchase at the ticket booth during normal operating hours, 10:00am. to 5:00pm daily.
Petworth Library is closed for renovations until further notice; the Bellevue/William O. Lockridge Library is closed from Wednesday, Apr. 8 - Wednesday, Apr. 22 for interim air conditioner repairs. It is expected to reopen on Thursday, Apr. 23
Rock Creek Park's Nature Center and Planetarium are closed until further notice
