Free and low-cost scheduled activities for babies and toddlers this week in DC
Programming notes:
DC Public Libraries are CLOSED on Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day
Spark!Lab at the National Museum of American History will be closed from Thursday, September 4 through Wednesday, September 10
